Yes. We supply coffee and tea bags according to the number of people present. Our «Café Liégois» coffee is certified organic and packed in capsules. We also offer you the possibility of hiring a Nespresso coffee machine for the duration of your event. Send an email to delivery@exki.be
Order
You are required to register before placing an order. Once the registration is complete, you can place an order using the website.
You can place orders on our website until 3pm on the day before delivery. The available products will be displayed based on the date and address entered. The sooner the order is placed, the greater the availability will be.
Yes, if it is received before 9am. We will fulfil the order as closely as possible to your requirements.
Once your order has been validated and processed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. It will confirm the product details, delivery date and total amount.
Your order cannot be changed but you can cancel it and place a new order.
The platters cater for 4 people. You just need to order your platters according to the correct number of people.
Yes. You can order sandwich platters for breakfast. The available products will be displayed when you place your order.
You can enter them in the delivery details section in your basket. You can provide the name and telephone number of the contact person or other delivery related information. This space is not intended for changes of address.
Delivery
We operate based on 45-minute delivery rounds. You can therefore select your preferred delivery slot: 7-7.45am/7.45-8.30am/ and so on.

Payment
When registering online, you can choose to receive your invoice by email or post. Please note that you can also view this option on your ‘My account’ page in the invoice section provided.
For reasons of security, only one person can access an account. For each customer account, there is one email address and one invoicing address.
You can manage this type of changes on your ‘My account’ page.
If you receive your invoice electronically, you can either receive it by email on the Monday following your order delivery date, or you can download it directly from your ‘My account’ page.
If your invoice is sent to you by post, you will receive it at the end of the month in which you placed your order.
Yes. This information can be specified in your customer account.
